I spent 15 years working in the motor trade and worked my way up to senior positions within dealerships, which I believe has helped me understand the commercial world in a broader sense. I'm not a car person, cars were always a road to find what I really found interesting and that is people. Now 'people' are my entire business and Linksap really places a strong emphasis on the more personal side of recruitment, so I've really bought in to the culture of the business and couldn't be happier to grow my career here.

Interests: I'm a proud dad and have an amazing little girl called Ruby, so my spare time is spent in parks, farms and soft play areas! I also have a Staffordshire crossbreed dog called Rosie so love to make time to enjoy nice long country walks.

Aims: My aim is to establish myself as a consistent top performer and build long standing quality relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
